At Cottages at Hemet, our Assisted Living programs are designed to give residents a helping hand with their daily routine. Memory Care

At Cottages at Hemet, we use an individualized approach to care that puts each person at the center of his or her care routine. We take each Memory Care resident’s unique needs and behaviors into consideration, creating a customized care plan that promotes comfort, safety, and good health while prioritizing each person’s independence and dignity. Our memory care homes and community living spaces are thoughtfully-designed with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease in mind, with staff on-site 24 hours a day to provide additional peace of mind. With memory-friendly activities and comfortable, secure spaces, our community sets the stage for memory care residents to receive an ideal balance of support and independence.

Respite Care

Looking for temporary senior care? At Cottages at Hemet, we offer respite care programs for families seeking a short-term solution for senior living. Our respite care program allows families to provide uninterrupted care for their loved one, whether a family caregiver needs to step away or an individual needs assistance while transitioning from the hospital back into their home. We are equipped to help residents with a diverse range of daily care needs, adjusting each person’s routine to match his or her current level of care.
